Dr Meenesh Shah appointed as Chairperson of Executive Board of IRMA School
8 July, 2026, Anand: Dr Meenesh Shah, Chairman, National Dairy Development Board (NDDB) has been appointed as Chairperson of Executive Board of IRMA School at the 1st Meeting of the Executive Board of IRMA School, for a period of three years. The Board, in exercise of the authority under Section 10(1) of the "Tribhuvan" Sahkari University Statutes 2025, recommended his name.
This decision stands as a testament to his outstanding leadership and invaluable contributions to the dairy industry and allied sectors. Dr Shah said, "I am honoured to accept this position and remain committed to strengthening cooperatives and driving sustainable innovation.
Confident in its enduring mission, I believe IRMA will continue to ignite young minds and nurture professionals equipped to confront new challenges in rural development.”
Dr Meenesh Shah, spearheads one of India's foremost cooperative-driven development organisations, demonstrating resolute dedication to advancing the welfare and prosperity of rural farmers. He chairs key NDDB subsidiaries: Mother Dairy, IDMC Ltd, Indian Immunologicals Limited, NDDB Dairy Services, NDDB MRIDA Limited and NDDB CALF Ltd. He serves as Chairman of National Cooperative Dairy Federation of India (NCDFI), National Cooperative Organics Ltd., and member of governing boards of various premier institutions. Dr Shah is also Member, Board of Directors, International Dairy Federation (IDF) and Member Secretary, Indian National Committee of IDF.
